- •Returned within 30 days of delivery
- •Items that are not damaged by the buyer

- •Custom pin orders (once design is approved)
- •Items returned after 30 days
- •Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered
Damaged or defective items?
If your pin arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of deliverywith a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
How to start a return
Email hello@lapellove.com with your order number and reason for return.
We'll send you return instructions and a shipping address within 1–2 business days.
Ship the item back in its original packaging. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item was defective.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
