What types of enamel pins do you sell?

We offer hard enamel pins (smooth, polished, glass-like finish) and soft enamel pins (raised metal with vibrant color fills). We also have limited edition originals and custom-made pins for businesses and individuals.

How big are the pins?

Our standard pins are 1.5 inches. Custom orders can be made in a range of sizes — from 0.75 inches to 3 inches or more. Contact us for specifics on custom sizing.

What backing type do the pins have?

All ready-made pins come with butterfly clutch backings. Custom orders can specify butterfly clutch, rubber clutch, locking back, magnet back, or safety pin bar.

Do the pins come with backing cards?

Yes! All Lapel Love pins arrive on a branded backing card and are packaged carefully. They're gift-ready out of the box.

How do I order custom pins?

Fill out our Custom Order form on the Contact page. Share your concept, quantity, deadline, and any reference images. We'll send you a mockup before production begins.

What is the minimum order quantity for custom pins?

The minimum order for custom pins is typically 50 units, though this can vary depending on design complexity and finish. Contact us and we'll find the right solution for your needs.

How long does it take to produce custom pins?

Production typically takes 2–4 weeks after design approval, plus shipping time. Rush orders may be available — let us know your deadline when you reach out.

Can I see a proof before production?

Absolutely. We produce a detailed digital mockup for your review and approval before any production begins. You can request adjustments — production only starts once you're fully satisfied.

Do you ship internationally?

How long does shipping take?

Domestic orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days. International orders take 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $5.99.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Returns & Support

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on ready-made pins in original, unopened condition. Custom pins are non-refundable once approved and produced, but we stand behind our quality — if there's a defect, we'll make it right.

What if my pin arrives damaged?

If your pin arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement at no charge.
